1. Develop a clear and inclusive group strategy
We will clarify our interests and build a strategy to satisfy them. In particular we will examine the roles of each individual and the ways in which we collaborate.
2. Create a supportive community that respects our independence
Our community will support our individual freedoms and make it inviting, enjoyable and productive to work together when it is beneficial to do so.
3. Invest in building a secure and efficient future
Secure sources of income are central to the efficiency and quality of our work, so we will develop a clear plan regarding our projects and funding, use of resources, relationship with other groups, and granting of credit and reward to individuals for activities that benefit the group as a whole.
4. Design for social impact
Both for the growth of culture and of our own reputation, the experiences we create will be targeted, professional, and of high social impact.
5. Celebrate our interests through the craft and content of our work
Because we have a broad range of skills and interests in the field of cultural heritage, art and technology, the projects we pursue will support our passions, deepen our knowledge, and reflect our expertise.
6. Communicate!
We will promote dialogue and discussion on topics of interest among ourselves and with others. The creation, preservation, and dissemination of knowledge is central to our mission.
